Wicked: For Good star Ariana Grande got confused and wore one of Cynthia Erivo’s dresses for her visit to The Tonight Show.
If Cynthia steps out in some sort of pink confection over the next week, we’ll be completely confused. Still, while we retain our right to roll our eyes at the corporate synergy on display (dressing to match the film’s branding rather than dressing to wear something you like), it’s nice to see her in something that isn’t so puffy and princessy. According to her stylist, it’s a vintage dress from the 1930s, which means it’s in incredibly condition. Love the green beading. Less in love with the wrap, if only because it looks so pretentious on a TV set.
