House of Guinness star Louis Partridge came to Late Night to do that thing that every cast member of the show better be willing to do for the next couple of weeks: sample a pint of the black stuff. Could you imagine being on this show and hating stout? We assume every cast member had to split the G during the audition process.

We are over here, impatiently waiting for the white dress sock trend to go away. We realize they have a long history that predates Michael Jackson and that there are times and ways to deploy them that look chic and appropriate (mostly with white or summer suits) but if the most interesting thing about your somewhat bland outfit are the great shoes you’re sporting, we don’t think you should be forcing the eye straight to them with a pair of blinding socks. This would all pull together much better with black socks (it would still be kind of bland, though).
