Miss Gal wore this during the Wonder Woman 1984 press tour, but we’re only getting a good look at it now and despite the simplicity dress design – to the point of almost being a style cliche – we have to admit, she’s working the hell out of it.

An instantly forgettable style of dress that she somehow makes sing. The color helps tremendously, but it occurs to us that her style sweet spot is a sort of unfussy sharpness and this little velvet frock fits that bill nicely. The styling is simple but bold, with a slicked back ‘do and a strong lip being the only thing this Gal needs to pull the whole look together. It kills us that we can’t see the shoes, though. On the other hand, this gives us an opportunity to play the Home Stylist game. What kind of shoe would you put Gal in here? A silver sandal? A pink or red pump? White kicks? Black thigh-highs? Let’s hear it.
