Mrs. Cathy continues her “IT ALL STILL FITS BITCHES” tour as she stepped out looking sassy and colorful in an Oscar de la Renta ensemble she’s worn before.
It couldn’t possibly be more Cathy. Boldly colored, highly traditional, with only a few tweaks and design elements to distinguish it. It’s cute, although we don’t love all the pleats in the peplum and we feel like that shade of purple is starting to look dated. The Duchess doesn’t have to worry about that sort of thing but we’ve always advised (when asked) that you should not get too crazy or trendy with your color choices when you invest in expensive pieces because you’ll have to retire them more quickly and more often than you would if the color was classic and neutral.
But she looks great, of course.
