Is Miss Halle changing up her style ever so slightly?

First, there’s the suddenly longer hair, which doesn’t exactly look great, but we assume she’s in the middle of a growing-out phase and there’s not much she can do with it at this length. We’re just happy to see her switch it up because she’d been sporting that messy pompadour look for way too long. It also looks like someone finally talked her out of a smokey eye, which is good because while it’s true the bitch don’t age, we felt like she was losing her ability to pull off a smokey eye in recent years without looking a little skeletal.

And then there’s the dress. It’s not like body-con dresses with cutouts are a new thing for her, but she tends toward dresses that show off the body but don’t otherwise draw attention to themselves. This has got a little more boldness and personality than we’re used to seeing from her clothes. Nothing major, of course. It’s still a pretty simple dress, after all. But she seems to be trying new things, even if they’re only minor changes. Let’s all clap for her so she won’t get scared off, mkay?
