Is this a trend? Oh please let it be a trend, fashion goddesses! Sinners star Michael B. Jordan came to the Palm Springs International Film Awards and the Critics Choice Awards in a couple of looks that we are PRAYING signal a change in how the guystars are dressing for the red carpet. Surely, you’ve all yelled out “COLOR!” by now, right? Last year, 90% of the guylooks on the red carpet were completely devoid of color. We’ll grant you that 2025 was a pretty depressing year in a lot of ways, but that’s no reason to dress like a priest all the time, now is it? Gentlemen, please take a page from Mr. B. Jordan’s book. Nothing will make a basic suit look (and that’s exactly what these are) pop and stand out more than choosing one in rich, flattering colors. Both looks are great, but we find ourselves loving the color story in the first one a little more. Is 2026 going to signal a return to colorful suits? Please make it happen, guystars. Or we’ll make your lives hell.
