Very pretty people got up very early and put on very nice outfits and they should be recognized for that. After all, don’t very pretty people FINALLY deserve some positive attention? Lewis Pullman and Danielle Brooks probably didn’t get much sleep before getting in front of cameras early this morning to announce this year’s Oscar nominees.
They both look great, but his look clearly required no effort at all and hers clearly got her out of bed at least an hour earlier than him. We’d have liked it if he’d shaved, but that’s a gorgeous suit and we don’t think the occasion necessarily required anything more. She, on the other hand, took her moment and ran with it. She looks stunning, but we think sporting a floor-length wrap for this occasion is a weensy bit on the grandiose side. We also don’t think it coordinates well with a skirt that short. We get the impression she wanted some coverage in the front and this was a late solution. Hair, makeup and jewelry are all stunning.
