Is this theme-dressing or just fashion? Sometimes it’s hard to tell. I Know What You Did Last Summer cast mates Jonah Hauer-King, Chase Sui Wonders and Tyriq Withers — all of whom have names that sound like sentences, by the way  — came to the “influencer screening” dressed as if they were cast mates of the original 1997 film.

The thing is, we’re not sure a bunch of influencers would have gotten the references if they were theme-dressing (oh, yes; that IS shade), so we think this is more of an instance of ’90s styles swinging back onto the trend list again.

Everybody looks incredibly sweaty. We can sympathize, given how hot this part of the country is right now, but someone should have done some brow-mopping before they stepped out in front of cameras. Jonah’s tee is a nice homage to the OG, but the outfit really isn’t discussable past that. For an influencer screening, that’s not such a bad thing. Chase’s dress is cute but the whole look feels a little overcooked for the setting. Of the three of them, we think Tyriq got it just right; a little dressy, but not overly so.
