Prince Timmee skipped out on attending the Met Gala with his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, which isn’t all that notable because the two of them have never walked a red carpet together, despite attending various events at the same time during their relationship. They finally made it official (not that it was ever UNofficial) at the David di Donatello Awards in Rome, where he received an award for Cinematic Excellence.
Two things of interest here from a fashion perspective: She’s extremely toned down from her usual style. The dress is okay, but the texture makes it look heavy and we dislike the sporty style of the bodice, which looks more like a bathing suit than a formal gown. Still, it’s a decent enough look. We think it’s interesting that she’s toned down her style for him. That’s not something the ladies in this family are known for doing, and it makes us wonder if he was reluctant to trot her out before now because of the flashy way her family tends to dress. Then again, it’s not like he doesn’t dress flashy now and then. We think this suit, which looks gorgeous on him, pretty much confirms that all the goofy stuff he was wearing while promoting A Complete Unknown was specific to that publicity tour.
