Anna Kendrick continued fulfilling her Another Simple Favor promo obligations by stopping by The Tonight Show in another insipid dress. Sorry, was that harsh? Too blunt? Are you new here?
On the one hand, we want to commend her for not succumbing to the trend of dressing for a talk show like you would for the Met Gala. It’s nice to see someone in a fairly simple look. On the other hand, it’s very peach. And we don’t like the shape of the skirt at all. She’s in desperate need of some contrast or color. We’d have suggested switching out the belt for one that popped a little, but honestly, if we’d been asked for advice, we’d have said to toss this one. The textile just looks cheap and tortured to us.
