She’s also never not visibly uncomfortable in her outfits because your girl also likes to suffer for her fashion. We can smell the baby powder and hear the squeaking from here. And listen, as two judgy fashion bitches, we appreciate the commitment. No one has to suffer to look beautiful, but we usually appreciate those stars who make the effort for our entertainment. The thing is, if all we can see is how uncomfortable your outfit looks, it’s not really doing its job. The trick is always to make the suffering look effortless. So, we don’t mind how silly this looks because it’s right for her and it’s semi-right for the setting. What we mind is how cheap and uncomfortable it looks. In semi-related commentary, while we have always strenuously avoided telling women to smile more for pictures, we don’t see the point in dressing in such a silly outfit if you’re just going to scowl and serve Fashion Bitch face. Girl, if you can’t manage one full-throated, head-back laugh in this outfit, you shouldn’t bother with it.
