Josh Brolin’s photography exhibit “Dune: Exposures,” had its opening at the Leica Gallery in LA last night and his co-star Timothee Chalamet took time out from his Oscar campaign to show up in his latest dudebro look.
But in an uncharacteristically open-hearted move, we’re not going to be bitches about it. It’s cute that he showed up for his bud. We don’t even have anything bad to say about his outfit. If he’d showed up at a premiere like this, we might have. We’re not sure where he sits in the rankings at the moment (it feels like Ralph Fiennes or Adrien Brody are far surer bets), but if he does win the Oscar, he may wind up re-writing the rules for Oscar campaign fashion for guys. To be fair, the actor nominees are never scrutinized for that sort of thing at the same level as the actress nominees.
