The cast of Mufasa: The Lion King (minus arguably its two most famous members) came to London to pose and model at a surprisingly dramatic nighttime photo call before heading to the red carpet.

It’s sort of cute and well coordinated, but the fit and styling could be a little tighter. Tuck the shirt, uncuff the sleeves and maybe hem those pants. Also, lose the kicks and get some proper shoes.

The gown is a little too on-the-nose for our tastes, but it’s gorgeous and she looks fantastic in it.

Those pants are terrible. It’s a nice jacket, but we’re starting to hate the blocky suit trend. Not loving the white buttons.

We can’t say we love the sheer skirt, if only because it looks flimsy under that dramatic bodice, but she also looks great.

Clearly, he and Aaron didn’t coordinate ahead of time, since they showed up in almost identical looks. We like the cut of Billy’s suit better, but Aaron’s jacket looks more expensive and he’s doing a better job with the turtleneck. Blah blah blah it’s not a competition OF COURSE IT IS.

This is extremely disappointing given how good is red carpetry has been in the last few years. That’s way too much beige. He needs contrast. And the suit looks like sandpaper.
