The cast of The Apprentice – and Anne Hathaway, for some reason – came out for the controversial film’s New York premiere. The vibe was low-key but stylish. We suspect it was decided that being too glamorous at the premiere of what is essentially a Trump biopic would be a bad look.

They make a very attractive couple. The dressy casual vibe seems about right for the venue. That coral looks great on Jeremy. We’d have rather seen Sebastian with his jacket closed. Aside from that, no notes.

Look, if a gal wants to hit a red carpet because she loves her new coat so much that she’s dying to show it off, we won’t bother her for that. It really is a nice coat. The bag’s kind of nice too, but she doesn’t see as interested in it.

A young Donald Trump (Sebastian Stan), eager to make his name as a hungry second son of a wealthy family in 1970s New York, comes under the spell of Roy Cohn (Jeremy Strong), the cutthroat attorney who would help create the Donald Trump we know today. Cohn sees in Trump the perfect protégé—someone with raw ambition, a hunger for success, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to win.

We are all absolutely going to keep the commentary focused on the fashion and completely away from modern electoral politics, yes? Yes!
