He looks fine, but she looks spectacular. Given her preference for weird fashion and Louis Vuitton’s predilection for producing weird fashion, we’re surprised that the result of their collaboration is such simple design. We think the belt detail, if it’s going to be that large and obnoxious, needs to wrap around the waist completely, but that’s the only quibble we have. We’re not given to loving gowns with turtlenecks and there is a slightly athletic feel to the bodice, but it works really well with the slick styling. He looks fine. The suit is beautifully tailored but the tie is boring.
