It’s “Cute Guys in Richly Colored Suits” day today on T Lo Pointless Themes dot com. First, we had Andrew Garfield in a gorgeous teal “Your Boyfriend” suit at his premiere, and now we’re following up with Drew Starkey in a beautiful hunter green number at the BFI London Film Festival premiere of Queer.
The color looks so good on him that we could almost become believers in the whole monochromatic suit trend. While a dark colored shirt in blue, brown or red might have worked here, a light one would not be a good idea. It’s a shame things got a little wrinkled, because a roomy fit like this one requires showing up impeccable. Otherwise, you look like you slept in it. We don’t understand why you’d order a custom suit with belt loops and not wear a belt. We’re ready for this trend to die. The shoes are well-chosen for a pair of wide-legged pants, but the hair is looking too crunchy.
