Given her roles as Wednesday Addams and in the Scream franchise, we thought it was smart of Tim Burton to cast Jenna Ortega as Winona Ryder’s daughter in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice; not just because she clearly has a knack for the kind of roles her onscreen mom used to play, but because she’s the best purveyor of Hot Goth Girl style currently in the game.
To be fair, this is, like a lot of gothy promo style, more goth-adjacent. She’d need several pounds of more jewelry, some form of tights, and much more interesting shoes than that to achieve true goth style, to be fair. Still, the look is hot and dark with a little bit of an edge to it. It’s a lot for a sit-down interview but it’s smartly a lot less fussy than the runway version. Still think it needs hosiery of some sort, though.
