The stars all headed to Drummond Castle near Crieff in Scotland for the Dior Cruise show and dressed appropriately for the weather and appropriately for a Dior front row (in all Dior, bien sur), but not always appropriately according to the standards set down by an international committee known as us. Let’s assess!
Anya Taylor-Joy
Oh, hell no. Girl you should’ve slapped whoever handed you those tights and then you should have asked for the name of the person responsible for designing them, tracked them down, and slapped them. Not to put too fine a point on it, but if those things are unflattering on Anya Freaking Taylor-Joy no one who is not shaped like her is going to look good in them. Just wear garters and be done with it.
Jennifer Lawrence
This is a pretty great look, but it’s very “rich mom grocery shopping,” which means it’s a little underwhelming for a Dior show.
Lily Collins
This is very chic and well-suited to her. We could’ve done without the turtleneck, but we love the unexpected choice of boot.
Maisie Williams
Ditch the turtleneck, put on a pair of black tights and this might work, but it kind of looks like an old-school beautician smock.
Minnie Driver
The dress is great, but its minimalism doesn’t coordinate well with those high-personality shoes.
Rosamund Pike
She looks great in this, but those wide-legged white pants would not have been our first recommendation for pairing with that massive coat. She can pull it all off, but a lot of wearers couldn’t.
