A huge percentage of the cast of Bridgerton came out to support their Polin and serve some looks themselves. Just about everybody went hard for this one, but only a handful hit the mark. Let’s assess!
Adjoa Andoh in Paul Costelloe
It’s over the top just a little bit, but it’s wonderful because it suits her personality. Could’ve done without the bib ruffle.
Claudia Jessie
It’s got that dark romantic vibe, but it tips over into being a bit severe and dreary. Her styling is pretty.
Daniel Francis in J. Lindeberg
We might’ve liked a bit more effort in the shirt department, but the suit looks great on him and the shoes are well chosen for it.
Emma Naomi
A lot of really exuberant funeral frocks with this crowd. This one has some nice details and looks good on her. A little bump of jewelry would do a lot.
Florence Hunt in Miu Miu
This is really cute but we don’t see the point of the bralette, which just distracts.
Golda Rosheuvel in Mary Katrantzou
Serving pure regal drama. As always, her hair looks amazing. We’re not as in love with the gown if only because the colors are a little vivid and the flower placement is odd.
Hannah Dodd in Versace
We’ll always give space to a girl in a period drama who wants to get her hottie on for the red carpet. It’s not the most interesting look in the world, but she’s earned the right to ditch the retro romance and head to the club.
Harriet Cains in Dior
Newp. That’s hideous. She looks like a zombie who knows how to do laundry.
Jessica Madsen in Fendi
As we said, any of these gals want to get their sexy style on, we’re all for it. On the other hand, this is tacky and the proportions are terrible.
Joanna Bobin in Aadnevik
It’s a shame they couldn’t finish her dress in time.
Kathryn Drysdale in Azzi & Osta
The aggressiveness of that folded napkin bodice is a bit much, but she can handle it. She needs jewelry and a more subtle mani.
Luke Thompson in Amiri
It’s got too much of a whiff of Pop-Pop to it and the colors look terrible on him.
Ruth Gemmell
Simple, elegant, comfortable, photogenic and well styled. No notes.
Sam Phillips
We should be mad at the turtleneck but he and the rest of the outfit are so cute that we can’t work up the energy for it.
Simone Ashley in Del Core
Another zombie with access to Tide Pods.
Victor Alli in Alexander McQueen
That’s hot. Not so sure about the shoes, though.
Will Tilston
Meh. Fine. You’re seventeen. We’ll let you have this one.
