Celebrities with Ridiculously Hot Brothers and Sisters
From Chris Evans’ smokin’ hot brother to Gisele Bundchen’s beautiful twin, the genes are strong with these gorgeous celebrity siblings

Taylor Swift Reacts to Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt’s Cover of “All Too Well” on ‘SNL’
“Watch me accidentally catch myself singing this version on tour. This monologue is everything,” Swift posted on Instagram.

It seems Taylor Swift also can’t get enough of Ryan Gosling as Ken.
On Saturday’s episode of Saturday Night Live, host Ryan Gosling was joined by his The Fall Guy co-star Emily Blunt to sing a rendition of Taylor Swift’s hit song “All Too Well” during the monologue.
The setup was that Gosling said he initially said he wasn’t going to talk about his Barbie character on the show, but he changed his mind and decided to sing about his feelings.

Autistic women take centre stage in Dinosaur, the BBC TV series from the creators of Fleabag
New obsession incoming…

Got a craving for some female-fronted comedy? We’ve got just the thing. Dinosaur, produced by the same team that brought us Fleabag and thriller series The Tourist.
It drops this weekend, and we’re recommending it for your spring-time watchlist. We see serious (and literal) sisterhood vibes here, a coming-of-age story told through the prism of navigating life as an autistic woman, showcasing the importance of family and friendship.

4 myths about oat milk we really need to debunk
Here’s what you need to know.

Like the best love stories, we only had eyes for oat milk when we broke up with dairy. It ticked every box for those adopting a more plant-based diet and those concerned about their health; oat milk is vegan and naturally free of dairy, lactose and soy, after all.
Of all the plant milks to flirt with, it didn’t cause ugly side effects for those who suffer from a nut allergy. And unlike almond milk, which uses up vast quantities of water, oat milk is environmentally friendly, too.

I gave up alcohol two years ago and I can’t believe the effect on my mental health
Without alcohol, my feelings rarely hit those peaks of despair anymore.

Drinking felt like a rollercoaster; going in on a low after a long day, being pulled up by that first glass of wine, then finding myself slammed back down to reality when the hangover kicked in. Alcohol was a mask that I used to shroud my feelings, or to push them aside for another day. Now I feel everything in the moment – it’s like living life in technicolour.

The Bridgerton glow-up needs our attention
Colin, is that you?

I’m not ashamed to admit that I’ve surrendered to the cultural obsession with Bridgerton’s Hot Male Leads every single time, so far. Regé Jean Page was a given; Jonathan Bailey was a little unexpected (but not really) – but now, I find myself double-taking at sweet, sentimental little bro Luke Newton (aka Colin Bridgerton), who’s set to be at the centre of the show’s next romantic storyline.
It’s not lost on me – or the rest of the internet – that Luke, like his co-star Jonathan once did, has undergone something of a transformation between seasons. The fresh-faced Colin we once knew has morphed into someone altogether more smouldering and stubbled, if recent appearances are anything to go by.

The Gospel According to Delta Work
On Drag Race, Delta found herself situated in a clique that would be known by fans and fellow contestants as the “Heathers” — Carmen Carrera, Manila Luzon, Delta Work and Raja, who’d go on to win their season. Like on her podcast, Delta was tough-talking, critical of her peers and a lip-sync maestro. Her performance to “Bad Romance” remains a favorite across iterations of the show; she’s critical of the space-themed outfit now, which she co-opted from her performances with the Dreamgirls, but I tell her it’s been vindicated by time and Drag Race scholars alike. She laughs, then offers more advice: “When I see contestants making really weird, sort of amateurish mistakes, I’m like, not to date myself, but you realize you have an Encyclopedia Britannica of mistakes that you can watch? Try not to be a Heather or a booger, because it’s not going to fare well for you.”

Is 2024 The Year Of The ‘Anti-Bob’?
Hip-grazing lengths, hair extensions and XL styles are making their long-awaited return.

French lobs, petit bobs and razor-sharp crops – the bob, in its many guises, wins hairstyle of the year. The indisputable and much-hyped cut of ’23 has become both celebrity catnip and a quotidian staple, sparking a frenzy for ultra-short statement hair and the resurgence of an unexpected phenomenon that no-one saw coming.
But are we now in a sudden state of bob ennui? The current beauty landscape would suggest so.

Here’s How the Cast of Mary & George Compares to Their Real-Life Counterparts
From the titular Mary and George to King James and Queen Anne, here’s how the cast stacks up to the historical figures they portray.

“With any drama, there is obviously a poetic license that’s taken, and there’s some characters in the show that maybe didn’t exist, but there was certainly plenty that did,” Tony Curran, who plays King James, tells T&C. “Mary, George Villiers, Sir Francis Bacon, Sir Walter Raleigh, Queen Anne, King James, Robert Carr, all those characters. A lot of the story that we’ve put on screen is factual, as close to the truth as it was at that time, but of course, there’s elements that are dramatized in many ways.”

If Looks Could Kill: How Ripley Recreated Midcentury Italian Glamour
Secrets from the set of the new series, streaming now on Netflix.

“The series begins in New York in 1960, and there’s so much incredible photography from that period, all of which can be transferred into what you’re putting in front of the camera. We looked at a lot of photography by Vivan Mayer, Leonard Freed, Bert Hardy, and David Seymour.” Exteriors that echo the work of those photographers were shot in Manhattan, but the interiors from Ripley’s New York City scenes were often filmed in Rome; “we looked long and hard to find something that wasn’t corrupted,” Gropman says of locating Lower East Side blocks that retained a 1960s feel, “to the point of how are we going to shoot there?”

Who Owns a Condiment — a Company or a Culture?
For small businesses, naming products can be David vs Goliath.

In the last two months, three stories about intellectual property and food have leapt off the grocery shelf and into newspaper headlines. Most recently, Momofuku — the consumer packaged goods arm of David Chang’s culinary empire — purchased the trademark “chile crunch” as well as filing for “chili crunch” and sending cease-and-desist letters to some small businesses that were using these terms on their own commercial chili oils. This is the one currently dominating the food sections of every major newspaper.

Heinz Teamed Up With Mattel to Bring Us the Mashup We Didn’t Know We Needed: ‘Barbiecue’ Sauce
‘Tomato Kenchup’ could potentially be on the way.

Hey, Barbie! Want some barbecue?
As a salute to Barbie’s 65th anniversary, Mattel and Heinz UK announced the kind of unconventional collaboration that just made our heads turn: Heinz Classic Barbiecue Sauce. And no, that’s not a typo; we really did mean to say Barbiecue.
The special sauce of sorts, which is a mix of vegan mayonnaise and barbecue sauce, is the condiment mashup that none of us knew we needed — but apparently asked for. And yes, it’s Barbie pink, lest anyone not realize that the sauce you’re dipping your fries into isn’t Barbie-themed.

Every Madonna Album Cover, Ranked
The Queen of Pop’s imagery is almost as iconic as her music.

As evidenced by Madonna’s 2023-2024 Celebration Tour, the Queen of Pop’s reign has given her subjects an embarrassment of riches when it comes to iconic imagery.
From her thrift-store bride on the cover of 1984’s Like a Virgin to the image of a worldly multi-hyphenate on the cover of 2019’s Madame X, Madonna has endlessly reinvented herself – and in the process, raised the bar for what it means to be a pop star for four decades.

Life is hard. Can philosophy help?
What philosophy has to say about midlife crises.

What’s the point of philosophy?
It’s an old question, maybe one of the oldest in the history of philosophy, and there has never been a consensus answer. Some people think the point of philosophy is to make the world make sense, to show how everything hangs together. For others, philosophy is a practical tool that ought to tell us how to live.
If you’re in the latter camp, then it’s fair to say that you think of philosophy as a form of self-help. It’s a tradition of thought that — in theory, at least — can guide you to a better life, or something like that. And I don’t think that’s too much to ask of philosophy. What good is all that ruminating if it can’t offer you something useful when you’re anxious or depressed or mired in one of those dreaded midlife crises?

Faith Ringgold Dies at 93; Wove Black Life Into Quilts and Children’s Books
A champion of Black artists, she explored themes of race, gender, class, family and community through a vast array of media and later the written word.

For more than a half-century, Ms. Ringgold explored themes of race, gender, class, family and community through a vast array of media, among them painting, sculpture, mask- and doll-making, textiles and performance art. She was also a longtime advocate of bringing the work of Black people and women into the collections of major American museums.
Ms. Ringgold’s art, which was often rooted in her own experience, has been exhibited at the White House and in museums and galleries around the world.

‘Sunset Boulevard,’ Heading to Broadway, Wins Big at Olivier Awards
The musical, which stars Nicole Scherzinger, won seven awards at Britain’s version of the Tonys. And Sarah Snook won best actress for “The Picture of Dorian Gray.”

A reimagining of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s “Sunset Boulevard,” starring Nicole Scherzinger as Norma Desmond, the long forgotten silent movie star who descends into madness, was the big winner at this year’s Olivier Awards, Britain’s equivalent of the Tonys.
The musical, which will open at the St. James Theater on Broadway this fall, was honored Sunday during a ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall in London with seven awards, including best musical revival, best actress in a musical for Scherzinger, best actor in a musical for Tom Francis, as the screenwriter who falls for Desmond’s charms, and best director for Jamie Lloyd.
