Apples Never Fall (a title that inexplicably fills us with rage and the urge to spit out “YES. THEY. DO.” every time we read it) star Alison Brie stopped by the Late Show to talk about the limited series and also to prove to us that she’s no longer a tacky dresser. We may be imagining that last part.
Kinda cute, right? That jacket is gorgeous, although it’s clearly a size too big for her. Unfortunately (or perhaps fortunately, depending on your perspective, she opted to ditch it for the sit-down:
Which we get, sort of. You don’t want to sit down in a jacket that looks like it’s overwhelming you, but the solution to that problem, at least in this instance, is to pick a size that fits you correctly. Not that the outfit is a disaster, just that it’s a lot less interesting without the jacket and the cut of that top is going to be unflattering on any wearer who tries to sit in it. Also, we’re not loving the bangs, if we’re being honest.
