Let’s take a break from all of this sweaty awards campaigning and give our favorite fashion freak (ladies division, because her co-star Barry Keoghan currently leads the men’s) the spotlight treatment. Saltburn walked out of the BAFTAs empty- handed, but she hit the weekend’s red carpets working some spectacularly high-end looks. We’ve said before that we love how she could go around serving up Grace Kelly realness but she prefers to be weird instead. She illustrated that point for us nicely this time around.

To be fair, the late princess would never have worn those enormous shoes or chosen a Dior dress with visible corseting details, but that’s kind of our point. At first glance, this dress looks like classic elegance in the French mode, but then you notice the ombre effect, which actually works to make it look dirty, and all of weirdly off-putting visible structure under this thing and you realize you’ve been fashion-punked. This is too weird to be elegant.

And then there’s this, which is just plain weird, in a hilarious sort of way. If you can’t wear freaky fashion to a British Vogue party, then what is the point of freaky fashion? Those shoes are terrible and we love them.
