With a SAG Award nom under his belt and his Golden Globe nom in the rearview window, he’s going in hard on using fashion to mount an awards season campaign that gets him noticed, and as far as we can tell, he’s not putting a foot wrong (a couple of odd footwear choices here and there notwithstanding). We like that he’s bringing showy fashion to his appearances, but it’s all imbued with a deeply considered elegance. If we had to sum up his style, it would be “sophisticated and thoughtful.” And the grooming is simply the best we’re seeing from any male star right now.
