We are pleased to report that Lily Gladstone is grabbing every red carpet opportunity available to her and serving looks. We felt so bad for her during the strike, but now she’s making up for lost time by refusing to wear anything that isn’t memorable at the very least.

Like so. Do we love this? Can’t say we do. The fabric is too shiny, the print is obscure, and the shape is kind of awkward. The collar’s interesting, though. And the shoes are well-chosen, which is a feat, because this textile does not lend itself to easy accessorizing. Anyway, none of this sets us on fire but we appreciate that it’s bold and unmissable.

This is really sweet – and surprisingly retro. The color looks gorgeous on her and we love the shape of the skirt (but not the tiers). The bodice and bust are more than a little unresolved as a design. It could be fitted to her so much better. Right now it’s giving a bib effect. The shoes are very pretty and again, well chosen, although we’d have liked this more with a floor-length hem. The earrings are fabulous and the hair and makeup are gorgeous.
