As sure as the seasons turn, the days shorten, and the leaves fall, a new sexy king is crowned every year at this time. The old sexy king must abdicate his throne, his crown, and his duties, for he is no longer the sexiest. The king is not sexy enough, long live the king. And so, we say goodbye to his former Sexy Highness Chris Evans and turn our happy faces to our new sexy king, Patrick Dempsey, he of the glass-cutting jaw-line and epic hair.
Also, we salute the hard work of his publicists, as well as the SAG AFTRA waiver granted to his upcoming film Ferrari, which was probably a deciding factor here. In other words, Ryan Gosling was robbed.
