Two of the biggest movie stars in the world are starring in a series produced by one of the hottest creators in television. Did you know? We can remember a time when an event like this would spawn headlines, but we completely forgot about this one until we saw the pictures this morning. Anyway, here’s Zoe Saldana and Nicole Kidman, promoting Special Ops: Lioness.

We kinda love how London photo calls almost always have the participants posed on a roof or a bridge somewhere. In America, we just make them stand in a hotel or something. We’re a little surprised to find ourselves admitting that we mostly like these ensembles together, even though we can point to a range of things that aren’t working for us. Let’s start with Zoe’s footwear. It’s a no from us. We also think the cut and color of Nicole’s suit are doing her no favors. And her hair looks a little witchy. Even so, that taupe-y beige looks great next to her vivid purple, just as a suit looks great next to a floaty dress. We don’t know if they coordinated but each outfit is actually benefitting the person who’s not wearing it, which is kind of fun.
