…sexy fabulousness. The fashion at the BET Awards typically gets pretty outrageous, so this counts as one of the most restrained looks of the night. We love ourselves a good black-and-gold fashion combo and this one looks great on her, even if we did spend a lot of time peering at the gold accents on the sleeves to figure out their shape. We’d have coached her to give a hand-on-hip pose just to show them off better. The jewelry is well chosen and the shoes are fun. Our only quibble is with the clutch. Obviously it goes with the rest of the outfit, but we wonder if a black clutch with gold accents would’ve worked better. The all-gold version kinda disappears next to the sleeves.
