We think a little serving of Andrew Garfield looking incredibly fine might be just the thing you need at the moment. But if you find that you’d rather just be bitchy and judgmental as a coping mechanism, this post is for you too.

For you see, we have quibbles. We ADORE the suit on him, but we find the accompaniments to be something of a letdown. While we’re sure the yellow dress shirt makes sense on paper or in theory, the color does not suit him at all. He’d have been much better off in a green shirt. As for the other accompaniment, the footwear, it’s a serious disappointment. Why go to the trouble of wearing such a gorgeously funky suit and then pair it with the shoes from your cousin’s wedding? While we suspect he couldn’t be talked into wearing platforms or whatever, we still think a suit like this calls for slightly more adventurous footwear than that. Lately we seem to be all about criticizing the men’s shoes, which is a nice change of pace for us. In other news, his hair is still his best style asset.
