She’s insane and we love her. If you haven’t seen the full Emmys ensemble and you think we’re referring to her little bonnet, boy do we have a surprise for you.
Surprise! She’s going to Where The Wild Things Are!
We really have to give her credit. Somehow, she convinced the folks at Miu Miu to throw their brand aesthetic (as well as any ideas about making her look chic and pretty) right out the window. “I want to be a Puritan werewolf,” she evidently told them. Or maybe she said “Outer Space Witch.” Or maybe “Psycho Handmaiden.” Whatever it is she’s going for, we respect her for having gone there.
But yes, this is hideous. Hilarious and admirably off-the-wall, but hideous.
