You wouldn’t think a year look this one would spawn much in the way of fashion trends, but the heart wants what the heart wants and even an unprecedented, paradigm-shattering time period can’t stop the fashion-minded from looking for the next thing or the best thing or the next best thing. Right now, the hottest look among the mask-wearing is colorful, vibrant, swirling tie-dye prints. Jennifer Lopez, like a lot of stars, stepped out recently in this eye-popper:

Subtle it is not, but that’s kind of the point with J Lo. Now that we think about it, it’s probably not all that surprising that this trend erupted when it did. Not only is it colorful and fun at a time when a lot of us are actively seeking out our daily smiles, but there’s a DIY component at a time when so many were looking for little side projects and distractions. Plus, we’re all practically 24/7 on activewear right now, which makes one of the best styles for tie dye. But if you don’t feel like making a mess in your house and you’d rather buy yourself something to cheer yourself up instead of accidentally permanently dying your kitchen counter, may we (and by “we,” we mean Lorenzo, whose taste is not to be questioned) suggest the following cute pieces.
