Yeah, it’s time to talk about this.

Ellen DeGeneres and her eponymous talk show are reeling from a barrage of accusations and complaints from current and former employees, ranging from plain meanness to sexual harassment, racism, and an overall toxic workplace environment. In response, Ellen’s A-List celebrity fans decided to show their asses and reveal how clueless they all really are. We try and put the entire mess in context, from Ellen’s importance to queer history, to the familiar undertones of the charges against her (other female talk show hosts from Rosie to Oprah had the exact same charges leveled against them), to what she should do next if she wants to keep her job.
