“Good GOD,” we cried. And that really was the only reaction that we possibly could have offered that makes any sort of sense; followed by “HOW?!?”

Don’t say we didn’t warn you.

We feel like everyone’s going to lack back on the 2019 trend for eye-searing yellows as one of those style moments where everyone kind of lost their heads at once. A classic “What were we thinking,” if you will. Given that, we can forgive her attempt at working so much lemon-scented realness at once. But how on earth does someone try this dress on and not immediately yell loudly about how awful and overdesigned it is? Forget the bow-bra (if you can), those sleeves should’ve been an automatic dealbreaker. But sure, let’s give her a super high waist, a belly cutout, and a rolled hem right at the widest part of the shin on top of all that.

Miss Emilia, we’re sorry, but this goes far beyond “What were you thinking?” territory and has landed squarely on “Sweetie,is your head okay?”
