Pardon us for using a highly technical fashion term, but this all goes south at the knees. Love the sleek hair, love the makeup, love the hardness and sexiness of the dress all the way down to that incongruous ruffle, which is where all our love comes to an end. It’s an element that plays against all the qualities of the dress. And then it was made worse by the addition of a pair of sparkly stiletto-heeled sandals. Rip off that ruffle and get yourself in a pair of boots, lady. The bottom third of your look is ruining it.
