A common complaint (in the sense that we commonly make the complaint and so do plenty of you kittens) regarding celebrity style is that so many of them dress inappropriate for the seasons, whether that means flimsy dresses in cold weather or bright, sunny florals in the dead of winter. Well, Miss Kerry here is out on the red carpet the week of Halloween and she’s serving you some high-fashion pumpkin spice realness. Which means we should all love what she’s laying down, right?

Or maybe not.

Look, it’s eye-catching in its own way. It’s different and bright and visually interesting. It’s appropriate for late October (yes, even the white-ish accessories because that’s a silly old meaningless rule that no one ever really followed anyway). But there’s visually interesting and then there’s headache-inducing. We get that stripes and chevrons are Missoni’s who thing, but did they have to add pleats to those pants? Would that jacket look better paired with something else? Or does she have to wear the whole suit to get the right Missoni effect? What we’re asking here is…
