While there might be just a teeny bit too much going on with this design, it’s gotta be one of the best sheer dresses we’ve seen on a red carpet in ages. It’s got a really cute shape to it and the various panels and stripes give the eye a lot to take in, which is a good thing in this case. This is gonna sound a little goofy, but the belly button is distracting just because of the way the dress sits on her. It doesn’t look as deliberate as it should. And while the modesty panel is a pretty good match, it’s just off enough to be noticeable. Quibbles aside, it has a youthful but high-fashion feel to it that’s just perfect for her.
