Yes, we keep featuring on-set pics from this film. Are we overdoing it? Your honor, in our defense we submit that J Lo playing a stripper in a purple faux fur coat is newsworthy as fuck. Also: there is quilted denim involved and that calls for strenuous objections from all good and moral people.
Are they crying over the quilted denim? Because they should be.
We feel like our initial assessment that the costumes were fairly work-a-day looks has been met with a frantic last-minute course correction, resulting in these much more … we were going to say “eye-catching looks,” but that’s not quite it. These costumes, silly as they are, have a much more cinematic quality to them so they stand out much more. It’s good that they took our advice.
Shut up. We’re not delusional. You’re delusional.
