And now, serious film folk, having fun in their serious film folk clothes.
Actually, Carey and Zoe look pretty great. We don’t much care for Carey’s shoes or the sheer part of Zoe’s skirt, but we love Carey’s dress and we love how Zoe finished hers off with an unexpected pop of green at the shoe. The sort of mumsy style suits her well, just as Carey’s modern body-con look works great for her.
But let’s face it: we’re all wondering why the hell Jake came out wearing his pajama top under his jacket. What IS that?
This looks appropriately intense but we’re starting to wonder if anyone’s ever going to allow Carey Mulligan to play a woman in the present day again.
