We featured some on-location shooting pics from this set earlier this year and the consensus among the bitter kittens of our commentariat was that everyone involved looked fantastic (exhibit A: Miss Nicole, rocking the shit out of those brows, above) and that their love of the book upon which this is based made the forthcoming mini-series a must see.
Now comes the trailer, pretty much confirming what our kittens said back in the day:
Everyone looks fantastic, and the story looks tantalizing as hell. We’ll be marking this one on our calendar.
Screencaps and further thoughts to follow:
First, that is one hell of a cast of actresses. Even if the trailer sucked, we’d be intrigued just reading that cast list. Second, everything is poorly lit or looks like it was run through an instagram filter. We hope that was just a choice for the trailer and not the series itself.
