We don’t know if FLO picked this rich floral out because she knew she’d be standing against such a lush backdrop to set it off, but if not, she sure does have good style karma. You couldn’t have asked for a better setting to wear this dress.
Having said that, it does look a bit heavy. Of all the times and places to eschew her sleeveless or short-sleeved dresses, why’d she pick Havana in the spring?
