In support of a cause long near and dear to her, the Princess of Wales packed up her ringlets and got herself houndstooth’d up to visit the Anna Freud Charity in London in support of children’s mental health and early childhood development.
She has her preferences, and they’re typically fairly conservative, which we accept as her personal take on how her role should be portrayed. Even so, this is such a dowdy version of what could have been a sharp dress. A black leather belt, black pumps and a hem that hit at the knee would be all she needs to make this into something with a little style. Granted, nothing’s going to make us love that collar.
