The expansive cast of Stranger Things got together to celebrate the pending premiere of its final season — and we do mean “celebrate,” since a lot of these kids have made it more than clear that they’re pretty tired of being tied to this property. As such, a good deal of them opted to go the “I’m an adult and also hot” route in their style choices. Gotta line up those next gigs, kids.

Shrug. We thought these two hated each other. Whatever may or may not have gone on behind the scenes, this really does smack of try-hard damage control. We get it. You’re best pals and this is all so silly. As always, we feel like she dresses like a star an entire generation older than her. The design is boring and the feather placement is awful. He defaults to this pseudo-gangster style, but it doesn’t work if you’re going to be sloppy about it.

Caleb McLaughlin in Wales Bonner

This is just a little too costumey for us. There’s a way to do military allusion in fashion without being so literal about it.

Cara Buono
Pin

It’s themey in a way we don’t mind, but hate the footwear.

Charlie Heaton in Saint Laurent

We kinda dig the different shades in the jacket and pants. As always with him, we find ourselves wishing he’d do a grooming rethink.

Finn Wolfhard in McQueen

Extremely on point. The use of the argyle is interesting, but we wouldn’t have recommended the knee patches, which come off a little juvenile.

Gaten Matarazzo

It’s a great suit but the fit could be better and we’re not loving the henley shirt with it.

Jamie Campbell Bower
Pin

Can’t argue with any of that. It all suits him terrifically and it couldn’t be more appropriate.

Joe Keery
Pin

Sorry, Joe. We burst out laughing. This reeks of tryhard and everything looks too small on him.

Maya Hawke in Prada
Pin

Yawn. Imagine going to Prada and saying, “Just lay something on me.”

Natalia Dyer in Vivienne Westwood

There’s a lot going on here, but it’s genuinely eye-catching. We’d using our magic editing wand to make the skirt a simple floor length and to get rid of the black sashes. The sandals are too flimsy for such a focus-pulling dress.

Noah Schnapp in Balmain
Pin

We knew it. We knew that a good two years of us yelling at guystars for not sporting belts would eventually wind up here, where the trend is now to wear belts in the goofiest, showiest way possible. It looks as dumb as his perpetually dumb hair.

Priah Ferguson
Pin

We just aged like Matt Damon at the end of Saving Private Ryan.

Sadie Sink in Prada
Pin

We’re not mad at it. She looks hot, but she also looks very pretty. It’s extremely well executed.

Winona Ryder in Yohji Yamamoto
Pin

Mother Goth, serenely surveying the scene and not trying to look fabulous because she never had to try. Could’ve used a big honkin cocktail ring, though.

ABOUT THE SERIES:
A love letter to the ‘80s classic genre films that captivated a generation, Stranger Things is a thrilling drama set in the seemingly normal Midwestern town of Hawkins, Indiana. After a boy vanishes into thin air, his close-knit group of friends and family search for answers and are pulled into a high-stakes and deadly series of events. Beneath the surface of their ordinary town lurks an extraordinary supernatural mystery, along with top-secret government experiments and a dangerous gateway that connects our world to a powerful yet sinister realm. Friendships will be tested and lives will be altered as what they discover will change Hawkins and possibly the world — forever.

Created by the Duffer Brothers, Stranger Things debuted in July 2016 and quickly became one of Netflix’s most popular television series ever with its fourth season alone amassing over 140.7 Million views globally. The series has also garnered over 70 awards worldwide including Emmys® and the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series, and has been nominated for over 230 awards.

This year, it returns with its eagerly awaited fifth and final season, offering fans various ways to engage with the cultural phenomenon year-round, including: the award-winning and Tony-nominated stage play: Stranger Things: The First Shadow made its Broadway debut this April; an animated series will take fans back to Hawkins in 2026; a collection of books; the touring Stranger Things Experience which expands to Brazil and Australia this year; and a global assortment of lifestyle products and brand collaborations. Fans also celebrate November 6 – the day Will Byers went missing – as ‘Stranger Things Day,’ a special day to share their love for the world of Stranger Things.

The cast includes Winona Ryder (Joyce Byers), David Harbour (Jim Hopper), Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Finn Wolfhard (Mike Wheeler), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin Henderson), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas Sinclair), Noah Schnapp (Will Byers), Sadie Sink (Max Mayfield), Natalia Dyer (Nancy Wheeler), Charlie Heaton (Jonathan Byers), Joe Keery (Steve Harrington), Maya Hawke (Robin Buckley), Priah Ferguson (Erica Sinclair), Brett Gelman (Murray), Jamie Campbell Bower (Vecna), Cara Buono (Karen Wheeler), Amybeth McNulty (Vickie), Nell Fisher (Holly Wheeler), Jake Connelly (Derek Turnbow), Alex Breaux (Lt.
