Production is now underway on PRIDE AND PREJUDICE in the UK. Written by Dolly Alderton (Everything I Know About Love) and directed by Euros Lyn (Heartstopper), the series will be a faithful, classic adaptation of the novel.

Rufus Sewell will star as the beloved Mr Bennet. The Bennet sisterhood will feature Freya Mavor as Jane Bennet alongside Heartstopper alumnus Rhea Norwood, as Lydia and newcomers Hollie Avery and Hopey Parish in their debut roles of Kitty and Mary. Louis Partridge will take on Mr Darcy’s nemesis, Mr Wickham with Jamie Demetriou turning his hand to the pompous Mr Collins and Fiona Shaw as the fearsome Lady Catherine de Bourg.

PRIDE AND PREJUDICE, one of the most iconic novels of all time, is coming to Netflix as an all-new 6-part limited series.
The series will be a faithful, classic adaptation of the novel, written by Dolly Alderton (Everything I Know About Love) and directed by Euros Lyn (Heartstopper), going into production in the UK in 2025.
Executive Producers: Laura Lankester, Will Johnston and Louise Mutter for Lookout Point, as well as Dolly Alderton and Euros Lyn. Emma Corrin will also join as Executive Producer, marking their debut in the role
