The world of high fashion is really going through it at the moment, it would seem. Formerly exuberant houses like Gucci and now Miu Miu have traded their candy-colored, Marcia Brady aesthetic for funeral wear.

Not that this is terrible, exactly. It certainly suits them and feels like something they would pick out for themself. Still, it doesn’t feel like any of these pieces coordinate well with any of the others. It’s giving Depressed Retiree.

Again, this really suits her, although we don’t entirely love it. The shoes are really fun, but they don’t seem to go with the outfit, which manages to come off both frivolous and a little dour at the same time.
Paris Hilton
Can’t get mad at it. It’s pretty cute, if pretty basic;
Sydney Sweeney
Meh. We might like it more with the (presumably) faux undies-showing situation.
