Cathy Wales heard we were heading to her neck of the woods and immediately course corrected on her style choices for the day. Or so we like to think. The Princess visited a local specialist center in Sittingbourne, Kent to highlight the importance of supporting children with special educational needs and their families. But let’s talk about her hair.

That low, sloppy bun is kind of cute, but we still can’t shake the impression that she’s going through something on the hair front, like she isn’t sure what she wants to do with it anymore. We don’t mind this for a day look, but it looks a little half-assed to us. The Zara blazer is very sharp, but the big story here is that your girl is not wearing her beloved stilettos or even her recently beloved chunky heel. She’s a princess in flats – and they look pretty cute on her.
