As anyone who listens to our podcast knows, we have a cat named Miu Miu, so we can’t even look at the phrase “Miu Miu’s Private Lunch” without bursting into laughter. Still, it sounds like an enviable affair. We bet the food was very twee. Sydney Sweeney and Aja Naomi King were there, representing the brand and modeling for their lunches.
They look chic, breezy and very Cannes appropriate; the Riviera equivalent of Ladies Who Lunch. Two minor quibbles; one for each of them: Sydney’s eyeshadow is too aggressively matched to her dress for our tastes and we don’t think Aja Naomi’s shoes, fabulous as they are, coordinate well with the dress. The bags are a little precious, but this is a Miu Miu event, so that’s to be expected, we suppose.
