The whole Wicked: For Good cast has been a little grandiose with their style choices during the publicity tour, but Michelle Yeoh has been distinguishing herself among that crowd of spotlight-seekers by having fun with her style choices. She stopped by The Tonight Show in a bra and a big skirt, which sounds like a disaster.
But it almost works. The skirt is gorgeous and we love the unexpected choice of the boots with it. We tend to think the style is not friendly for a sit-down interview, if only because of all the volume it adds around the waist. This is a skirt for standing and posing. The bra top is simply awful. The skirt design doesn’t allow for a lot of leeway in terms of what kind of top you can pair with it. It seems that a crop top or a very simple shell are just about the only options available.
