A bunch of celebrity theater folks came out for the opening night of Ragtime. As always, we feel it must be said that these affairs are so far from the average movie premiere red carpet that we feel an uncharacteristic kind tone must issue forth from our brows. We’ll still be a little bitchy so you know this isn’t AI.

There appears to be some sort of fringe or fuzz at the hem and that’s going in the con column. The textile is darkly pretty and suits her very well, but there’s something about the proportion/shape/length of the skirt that’s not working for us.
