A whole bunch of stars got off their boats at the Venice Film Festival in the last 24 hours and some of them even served looks.

This is honestly super cute. We don’t think we’d normally be that effusive about an outfit that included a pair of ribbed knit shorts, but the sportiness is adorable.

Personally, this is how we’d want to look getting off a boat in Venice. Love the suit and the shades look great on him.

We also wouldn’t mind looking like this in Venice, although there’s no way in hell we’d try to work those pleated pants.

He’s gorgeous no matter what he wears and of course all of this looks perfectly fine on him, but we’ve gotta admit, Jacob and Callum lapped him on this one.

Meh. Nothing wrong with the design or style, but we don’t understand why you’d go to the effort required of a cocktail dress and heels for a venue that doesn’t really call for them, and wind up picking such generic items. If you’re gonna totter on a dock, don’t you want it to be worth the trouble? Also, the straps need to be shortened.

It doesn’t exactly say “Venice in August,” but every piece is gorgeous and of clear high quality. It’s a great look, but the pants are a little too baggy for him. He should’ve kept the shades on.

See? This is what we mean. If you’re gonna wear heels, tights and a miniskirt on a dock, you should at least make it worth your while. Of course she’s wildly overdressed for the venue, but she went to all that trouble and landed on a totally unforgettable look. It’s entirely too much, but we laughed with delight when we saw it. She knows what she’s doing. Her hair looks amazing.
