You just had to know that we’d have plenty to say about the biggest celebrity style story of the week. Yes, it’s true. We flipped on our mics and decided that the world was incomplete without our thoughts on the whole Nazi/eugenics brouhaha surrounding Sydney Sweeney’s American Eagle ad campaign. It’s an especially interesting conversation (in our humble opinion) because we don’t entirely agree on how or why things shook out the way they did, but we enjoyed unpacking all of the various elements in the mix, from the current political atmosphere to the long history of racialized beauty standards. After that, we do yet another deep dive into the latest And Just Like That…, which was a rare not-horrible episode of the show.
