Cardi B continues her week of serving eye-popping looks during the Paris couture shoes. We are happy to report that she did not engage in any animal abuse this time.
AT THE ASHI STUDIO COUTURE FASHION SHOW
It almost feels silly to say this about a dress worn by Cardi B, but it’s a bit much. Granted, that’s her aesthetic to a T, which is why we’re feeling pretty kindly toward this look, even though we can’t point to one aspect of it that we like. It’s very frilly and romantic, but in an offbeat and unexpected way, which suits her because conventional romanticism doesn’t seem like the kind of thing that would appeal to her. This could have gone bridal, but that gorgeous braid does a little to give it a distinctly unbridal feel.
AT THE STÉPHANE ROLLAND COUTURE FASHION SHOW
Just think of all the snacks you could hide in there. While this doesn’t look remotely appropriate for Paris in July, it does look surprisingly comfortable to wear. It’s extremely dramatic and she’s pretty much the perfect wearer for it.
